Terms of Service

1. Scope of service

Zeptek AI is a browser-first software service for ID card production workflows. The service may include template management, record validation, photo processing, proofs, batch history, exports, billing, and support communications.

At launch, the product is user-centric. The account holder owns the wallet, projects, branches, files, and batches associated with the account.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate registration, contact, and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding account access, project data, and any credentials issued to you.

• Do not impersonate another person or institution.
• Do not share credentials in a way that compromises project data or billing controls.
• Use the service only for lawful institutional or commercial workflows.

3. Wallet, packs, and invoices

Zeptek AI launches on a prepaid wallet model. Packs add wallet balance, and production actions deduct from that balance according to the active lifetime-spend tier.

Taxes, invoice details, and billing entity information are shown at checkout or on the invoice document issued for the transaction.

• Credits do not expire.
• Lifetime spend and refunds may change the active tier applied to future usage.
• Bonus credits, including welcome or referral credits, are promotional and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

4. Customer content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with the data, photos, names, logos, and other content uploaded into the service.

You must obtain all necessary permissions from students, employees, customers, or institutions before uploading personal information or images for processing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Zeptek AI to transmit unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass rate limits, or probe the infrastructure without permission.

• No malware, credential abuse, scraping beyond permitted limits, or denial-of-service behaviour.
• No processing of content that violates applicable Indian law or the rights of third parties.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate fraud, comply with law, or respond to abuse, payment risk, or security incidents.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the refund rules and retention policies published on the site.

7. Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify, or remove features, provided those changes are consistent with maintaining a workable production service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or infrastructure incidents may temporarily affect availability.

8. Liability boundaries

Zeptek AI is provided to support production workflows, but the account holder remains responsible for verifying exports, proofs, and final print outputs before mass printing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, wasted materials, or lost opportunities, are excluded.
