Shipping and Delivery Policy
Zeptek AI is a digital software service. This policy explains how access, exports, invoices, and related digital outputs are delivered.
1. Digital service only
Zeptek AI does not ship physical goods. The service provides browser access, digital files, invoices, proofs, and related workflow outputs through the application and connected communications.
2. Account access delivery
Once signup, verification, and payment requirements are completed, account access is generally available immediately. In some cases, access may be delayed for security reviews, payment verification, or infrastructure issues.
3. Delivery of files and outputs
Proof PDFs, export files, invoices, and similar digital outputs are delivered inside the app interface, through signed download links, or by transactional email where configured.
4. Service delays
Generation times may vary depending on project size, network conditions, image-processing load, payment confirmation, or third-party platform outages. Delays do not change the digital nature of the service.
5. Customer responsibility after delivery
You are responsible for reviewing proofs, downloaded exports, and invoice details after delivery and before printing or redistributing the output to your institution or print partner.
