Refund Policy
This refund policy explains how wallet refunds, pack refunds, and storage top-up refunds are handled for Zeptek AI.
1. Wallet balance refunds
Unused wallet balance is eligible for refund within 90 days of the most recent top-up, subject to verification, payment review, and anti-fraud checks.
Promotional credits such as welcome bonuses or referral bonuses are not cash-refundable and are excluded from refundable balance calculations.
2. Pack refunds
Pack purchases may be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase. If no cards have been printed from the purchased balance, the refund may be full. If some balance has been used, the refund may be pro-rated based on actual usage and any applicable adjustments.
3. Storage top-up refunds
Storage top-ups may be refunded within 7 days only if the added storage has not been used. Once the additional storage is consumed operationally, the top-up is treated as used.
4. Operational effects of a refund
Refunds reduce net lifetime spend. That may lower the active loyalty tier for future deductions. Any tier change applies prospectively and does not retroactively change already completed usage.
5. How to request a refund
Send the request to billing@zeptekai.com or support@zeptekai.com from the account email address. Include the purchase date, invoice or payment reference, and the reason for the request.
- We may ask for additional verification before processing the refund.
- Refunds are normally sent back through the original payment channel where possible.
- Processing time can vary by payment method and provider operations.
6. Non-refundable situations
A refund may be refused where the balance has already been materially consumed, where misuse or abuse is suspected, where policy windows have expired, or where law or payment-provider rules prevent the requested reversal.
