We do not store full card details. Payment data is processed through the payment provider according to their regulated systems and controls.

4. Retention and lifecycle

Operational data is retained as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing records, respond to disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Storage lifecycle controls may archive inactive project files after extended periods, while preserving the history needed for audits, invoices, and product records.
