No. Zeptek AI uses prepaid wallet credits that do not expire, so you can top up when convenient and use the balance whenever you need to print.

Is this a subscription?

No. There are no recurring subscription charges. You recharge the wallet once, then exports deduct from the same balance at your current loyalty tier.

What affects my per-card rate?

The active rate is based on your lifetime net spend. As you buy more over time, your whole remaining balance moves to the better tier immediately.

Can I use my own printer or print partner?

Yes. Zeptek AI focuses on the preparation workflow: template setup, record validation, photo cleanup, proofs, and print-ready exports for your chosen print setup.

Do you support GST invoices?

Yes. Checkout and billing flows are designed for GST-ready invoicing, with taxes and invoice details shown at payment time.

How do refunds work?
